Regarding the valid warranty period of Robin, please find it in Guaranteed Parts List (Appendix 1).
During the valid warranty period, customer enjoys the rights including repair service, replacement service and return service. (Note: Please keep the invoice or warranty card for this term).
If Robin appears these problems refer to Fault List (Appendix 2) within 10 days after sale, customer enjoys the rights including repair service, replacement service and return service.
Validity of guarantees will recalculate from date of replacement after replacement. (three guarantees: guarantees for repair, replacement or compensation of fault products )
Since within 10 days from the date of sale, consumers ask to return money without reason, After confirmation of goods integrity, Robstep will return consumer 70% of the total amount, and the rest will be used for compensation .
During guarantees period, any problem as Appendix two list happen ,after twice repairing. Robstep will replace same model for consumer with warranty card records
Any following situation happen, we will not implement guarantees,but implement a reasonable fee repair:
（1） out of guarantee date；
（2） Product serial number is dismantled or destroyed by consumer；
（3） Product serial number is dismantled or destroyed by consumer；
（4） the damage is caused due to the person who is not according to product specification requirements to use, maintenance and maintenance；
（5） The damage is caused due to the remove which is caused by the repairer who is not contain in guarantees；
（6） the damage is caused due to act of God。
